摘  要:目的建立石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定茶叶中铅含量不确定度的评定方法,为提高检测质量提供依据。方法建立数学模型,对各不确定度分量进行分析,找出影响不确定度的因素并对各不确定度分量进行评估。结果按GB5009.12-2010《食品中铅的测定》测定茶叶中铅含量,当结果为0.27 mg/kg时,其扩展不确定度为0.025 mg/kg。结论影响石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定茶叶中铅含量结果不确定度的主要因素是样品制备、标准曲线的拟合和重复性实验。Objective To provide the basis for improving the quality, a method for determining the uncertainty of lead content in tea was established by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods Established a mathematical model to analyze the components of uncertainty, and evaluate the influence factors for the uncertainty. Results According to "GB5009.12-2010" to determine the lead content in tea, and the expanded uncertainty was 0.025 mg/kg when the content was 0.27 mg/kg, Conclusions The main factors that affect the uncertainty of the result of lead content in tea by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry are sample preparation, the standard curve fitting,and repeatability experiment.
