摘 要:采用湿法浸渍制备了一系列CuO/凹凸棒土负载型催化剂,并用于2,3-丁二醇的脱氢反应,采用XRD、N_2吸附-脱附、TEM、H_2-TPR和XPS等表征了催化剂的结构。实验结果表明,与凹凸棒土相比,CuO/凹凸棒土催化剂可提高3-羟基丁酮的选择性,抑制2,3-丁二醇脱水产生丁酮;CuO负载量为10%(w)的凹凸棒土催化剂的活性最高,反应温度为240℃时,2,3-丁二醇的转化率和3-羟基丁酮的选择性分别为95.2%,66.8%;较高的反应温度有助于2,3-丁二醇的转化,但是低温更利于3-羟基丁酮的生成;CuO负载量为10%(w)的凹凸棒土催化剂的优越性能归属于其独特的氧化还原性能,源于催化剂表面分散均匀的纳米CuO颗粒及其与凹凸棒土之间的强相互作用。A series of CuO/palygorskite(CuO/Pal) have been prepared and used as the catalysts for 2,3-butaniediol dehydrogenation. The structure characteristics of catalysts have been disclosed by a series of physico-chemical methods, such as XRD, N2 adsorption-desorption, TEM, H2-TPR and XPS. Compared with parent palygorskites, CuO/Pal could improve the selectivity to 3-hydroxy-2- butanone, and inhibit the 2, 3-butanediol dehydration to methyl ethyl ketone. Among the catalysts, CuO loading was 10%(w) showed the best performance with 95.2% 2,3-butanediol conversion and 66.8% 3-hydroxy-2-butanone selectivity at 240 ℃. Meanwhile, the higher temperature could improve the conversion of 2,3-butanediol, and the lower temperature could be beneficial to 3-hydroxy-2- butanone formation. Based on these results, the excellent performance over CuO loading was 10%(w) could be ascribed to the unique redox properties, which was originated from highly dispersed CuO nanoparticles and its strong interaction with palygorskite.
