综合干预对D-半乳糖衰老大鼠骨骼肌自由基和激素代谢影响的研究  被引量:2

The Study of the Effect in Free Radical and Hormone Metabolism of Aging Rat Skeletal Muscle by Weight Training and Soy Polypeptide Supplement

摘  要:讨论负重跑的运动训练和补充大豆多肽的营养干预对D-半乳糖衰老大鼠的骨骼肌组织激素代谢和自由基代谢的影响。56只健康雄性SD大鼠随机分为7组:对照组,模型组,小负重跑组,大负重跑组,补肽组,补肽小负重跑组,补肽大负重跑组。造模过程中每天观察各组大鼠外观体征的变化。6周后处死大鼠,测试血清以及骨骼肌组织各项指标。所有造模组大鼠均出现不同程度的衰老外观体征,负重跑训练和补肽可以在一定程度上缓解这种现象;与对照组实验结果相比,模型组大鼠的骨骼肌MDA含量、SOD活性、脂褐素含量都明显地升高,SOD/MDA有降低的趋势,但没有显著性差异,负重跑训练或补肽除了可以进一步提高骨骼肌SOD活性外,均可显著性地逆转其他的趋势,并且效果更为显著多为小负重跑组,同时在以上情况下,两种手段均具有显著的交互作用;与成年组相比,模型组大鼠血清的T和GH含量、T/C比值显著性降低,血清C含量显著性升高,血清IGF-I含量有下降的趋势,但无显著性差异,负重跑训练或补肽均可以有效的反转上述的趋势,多数以小负重跑训练组的干预效果更为明显,并且两种干预手段交互作用明显。负重跑的运动训练或补充大豆多肽的营养干预均可以显著改善D-半乳糖衰老大鼠的骨骼肌组织中激素代谢紊乱和自由基代谢紊乱的状况,以小负重跑训练组的效果最好,两种干预手段叠加使用有更显著的效果。To study of the effect in free radical and hormone metabolism of aging rat skeletal muscle by weight training and soy polypeptide supplement. 56 male SD rats were divided into 7 groups randomly: Control, Model, small load running, big load running, peptide, peptide-small load running, and peptide-big load running. Observed changes of rats‘ appearance in the experiment process every day. The rats were killed after 6 weeks, tested serum, as well as indicators of skeletal muscle. All the model rats showed up the aging appearances in different extent, weight training and soy polypeptide supplement could mitigate this phenomenon in some extent; Compared with Group C, the content of SOD, MDA and Lipofuscin in skeletal muscle of Group M were higher, however, the ratio of SOD/MDA was in decrease tendency and had no difference statistically, load running or the supplement of soy polypeptide could make the SOD in skeletal muscle in a further increase and reverse others tendency, the Group S had much more obvious appearance in most cases, moreover, the above two interventions have significant interaction; Compared with group C, the serum T, GH and T/C in group M were lower, C were higher, but the IGF-I of serum was in a decrease tendency and had no statistical difference, load running or the supplement of soy polypeptide could delay this tendency, group S had much more obvious appearance in all, and the above two interventions have significant interaction. Load running or soy polypeptide supplement can improve the indiscriminate condition in free radical and hormone metabolism in skeletal muscle of aging rats effectively, the running of small load has even the best result, the way combined two interventions together can have much more obvious effects.
