富马酸亚铁和福乃得改善大鼠缺铁性贫血的实验研究

摘　　要：目的研究富马酸亚铁和福乃得对大鼠缺铁性贫血的改善情况。方法选用45只雌性Wistar大鼠,低铁饲料喂养建立缺血性贫血模型,将血红蛋白小于100 g/L的30只大鼠随机分为3组,低铁对照组以去离子水灌胃,实验组则分别以富马酸亚铁和福乃得灌胃30 d,比较实验前后大鼠体重、血红蛋白(Hb)、血清铁蛋白(SF)、红细胞游离原卟啉(FEP)的变化。结果缺铁性贫血大鼠的体重、血红蛋白、血清铁蛋白含量在分别服用富马酸亚铁和福乃得后均增加,红细胞内游离原卟啉(FEP)含量明显降低,而富马酸亚铁和福乃得组比较无显著性差异。结论富马酸亚铁和福乃得能改善大鼠缺铁性贫血,两组比较无显著差异。Objective To study the effect of Ferrous fumarate and Ferroids on iron deficiency anemia （IDA） rat. Meth- ods A total of 45 female Wistar rats were fed with low iron diet for iron deficiency anemia model, and 30 rats of them with Hb less than 100 g/L were randomly divided into 3 groups, the control group was given deionized water, and the remaining two groups were given Ferrous fumarate and Ferroids respectively for 30 days. The changes of body weight, Hb, SF and FEP of the three groups were observed before and after experiment. Results Ferrous fumarate and Ferroids significantly increased the body weight of rats, Hb and SF, and significantly reduced the FEP. The parameters of Fer- rous fumarate group were not significantly different from those of Ferroids group. Conclusion Ferrous fumarate and Ferroids can improve IDA in rat and there is no significant difference between the two groups.
