摘　　要：前列腺平滑肌肉瘤是一种非常罕见并且高度恶性的肿瘤,目前被报道的病例数尚不足90例[3]。病理学检测仍然是明确诊断的唯一方法,同时对于排除恶性肿瘤,如平滑肌肉瘤也有重要意义。本文旨在总结前列腺平滑肌肉瘤的临床特点、诊疗以及预后。Prostatic leiomyosarcoma is a very rare and highly malignant tumor. The number of cases currently reported is less than 90 eases： Pathological testing is still the only way to confirm the diagnosis. At the same time for the elimination of malignant tumors, such as leiomyosarcoma, the pathological testing also has important significance. This article aims to summarize the clinical features, diagnosis and treatment and prognosis of prostate leiomyosareoma.
