摘 要:对实现交叉变轮距车辆底盘转向功能的一种新型可旋转差速器齿轮传动系统进行动力学分析。将该专用差速器齿轮传动系统视为具有库仑阻尼的弹簧-质量的非线性时变系统,建立了系统12自由度的弯-扭耦合振动模型;将车辆转弯过程中路面对车轮施加的负载转矩作为系统的外部激励条件,分析了内部激励因素对该专用差速器齿轮传动系统振动特性的影响并建立动力学数学模型;通过求解系统动力学数学模型以及固有频率,进行该齿轮传动系统的运动相轨迹分析,优化系统的特性参数;达到了减弱该系统的振荡性能并提高系统的响应速度,使系统具有满意的动态性能指标的目的。The dynamics analysis of a special rotating differential which situating to the variable tread vehicle steering function is carried ,out. Firstly, treating this differential gear transmission system as spring - mass of the nonlinear time - varying system with coulomb damping, a bend - torsion coupled vibration model with 12 DOFs is established. Then, considering the road to the wheel load torque in the process of the corners to be external incentive conditions of system, the affect of internal incentive factors on vibration characteristics of this differential gear transmission system is analyzed and the dynamics mathematical model is built. At last, by calculating this mathematical model and natural frequency, the phase path analysis is carried out and the characteristic parameters of this gear transmission syStem are optimized. The purpose of weakening the oscillation of the system performance and improving the response speed of system, making the system with satisfactory dynamic performance indicators are achieved.
