实践实训与商务英语专业应用型人才的培养

摘　　要：当今对外经贸活动的增加让商务英语专业人才的需求越来越大,然而,尽管各高校都相继设置了商务英语专业,但真正适应社会需要的高素质应用型商务英语人才却仍然比较匮乏,无法满足市场发展的需要。另一方面,一些商务英语专业的学生在就业时也不再从事与本专业相关的工作,这就造成了市场人才供给和需求之间的严重脱节。究其原因,目前各高校在商务英语人才的培养过程中往往偏重语言和理论教学,培养出来的商务英语人才缺乏实践动手能力,不能直接为用人单位所用。因此,高校商务英语专业应该从实际出发,加强各种形式的实践教学,这样才能培养出适应社会发展的高素质应用型人才,推动我国和世界经济贸易的发展。The increasingly frequent global economic and trade activities require involvement of more business English talents. However,although many higher colleges have set up business English major,but the high-quality talents who are really able to meet social needs are still relatively scarce,which prohibits the market development. In addition,some business English majors are no longer engaged in jobs that are related to their major,which caused a serious gap between market supply and demand. The reasons for the phenomenon vary. Most higher colleges tend to focus on language and theory studies,which results in students＇ lack of practical training,so that the graduates can not adapt directly to their work. Therefore,the cultivation of business English majors should be grounded on reality. Higher colleges should strengthen the practice of teaching in various forms,only in this way can they cultivate high-quality talents who can meet the need of social development,thus promoting the development of China＇s economy and world trade.
