摘  要:编辑人才及其胜任力是影响数字出版业发展的重要因素。论文结合麦克利兰的胜任力冰山模型,提出数字出版业编辑人才胜任力模型,并分析阻碍数字出版业编辑人才胜任力提升的因素,最后从加强政府监管、完善培训内容、设计合理的绩效指标、树立正确的职业认知四个方面提出数字出版业编辑人才胜任力提升的有效策略。Editorial personnel and their competence are important factors that influence the development of digital publishing industry. Based on Mc Clelland ' s competency iceberg model the paper formulated a competency model for professional editors in digital publishing,and made an analysis of the factors which possibly hinder the improvement of their competency. In the final part,some effective strategies to promote their competency were put forward from the 4 perspectives such as reinforcing government supervision,refining training programs, designing rational performance index and establishing correct occupational cognition of their profession.
