大学生“隐性逃课”现象归因与应对策略

摘　　要：目前,"隐性逃课"现象普遍存在于高校的课堂之中,成为影响当前高校教学质量的顽疾。造成这种局面的原因是多方面的,既有高校管理、教师方面的原因,也有学生自身的原因。为解决这一问题,必须树立教学工作中心的地位,回归大学之道;及时更新教学内容,提高教学技能以增强课堂教学的吸引力;改革传统的考试方法,优化考试制度;加强大学生自我管理意识,提高自制力;引导学生准确定位,做好职业生涯规划;高校要加强教学管理,合理控制班型。At present,the ＂ recessive truancy＂ phenomenon universally exists in university classes,become a problem affecting the quality of the current college teaching. There are many reasons for this situation,including the reasons for the management of colleges,teachers and students themselves. In order to solve this problem,we must be centered on teaching work; timely update the teaching content,improve teaching skills to enhance the attractiveness of classroom teaching; reform the traditional examination method,optimize examination system; strengthen students ＇ self-management consciousness,improve self-control; guide students to accurate positioning,completes the career planning; the university should strengthen the teaching management,reasonable control of class size.
