应用型大学实现“立德树人”根本任务的四个维度

摘　　要：人才培养作为应用型大学的基本职能,需要进一步优化"供给端"供给。以立德树人为根本为任务,应用型大学要在方向维度、能力维度、文化维度和创新维度上推动供给侧改革,核心要求是明白培养什么人的问题,根本路径是把握思想政治工作主导权,积极培育大学生的文化自信,做到以文化人、文化育人。立足创新驱动,推动人才培养的供给侧改革要以专业能力为"基础",以实践能力为"支点",以创新能力为"驱动"。Talents cultivation is the basic task of application-oriented universities. As the supply side,our universities should optimize talents supply. Setting morality education as basic task,application-oriented universities should improve reform of supply side in terms of dimensions of direction,ability,culture and innovation. The core principle is to figure out what kind of talents should be cultivated,and the fundamental path is to find out how to hold initiative of ideological and political work,how to positively develop college student＇s cultural confidence,and how to foster talents with culture. Reform on supply side of talents should be based on innovation-driven talent development,which requires us to focus on professional ability,practical ability and innovative ability.
