摘  要:目的:探讨品管圈活动在提高隐形矫治患者佩戴矫治器依从性中的应用效果。方法:随机选择49例使用隐形矫治器进行错牙合矫治的患者为研究对象,成立品管圈,确定要解决的问题,查找隐形矫治患者佩戴矫治器依从性低的原因。结果:实施品管圈活动后,隐形矫治患者佩戴矫治器的依从性较活动前有很大提高。护士的解决问题能力、品管手法、沟通协调能力、责任心、团队凝聚力及活动自信心均较实施前有提高。结论:品管圈活动对提高隐形矫治患者佩戴矫治器依从性的提高有显著效果,同时有效地提高了圈员综合素质(P<0.05)。Objective To investigate the effects of Quality Control Circle(QCC) in improving the implement compliance in patients with invisible Orthodontic appliance. Methods 49 patients with Orthodontic treatment using invisible appliance were selected randomly and the correspondingly QCC was set up,including determining the problem to be solved, and anglicizing the causation of the low implement compliance in patients with invisible Orthodontic appliance. Results After QCC activity, the percentage of improvement compliance in patients with invisible Orthodontic appliance were greater statistically than before the activity. The nurse' s ability to solve the problem, manage technique, communicate and coordinate, as well as, the sense of responsibility ,team's cohesion and self-confidence were increased. Conclusion QCC is efficient to improve the implement compliance in patients of invisible Orthodontic appliance and the comprehensive quality of QCC members.
