摘　　要：基因编辑技术在医疗、食品、环境、农林等领域大放异彩的同时带来了各种潜在的社会风险,技术优势和技术缺陷都将人类社会引入了复杂的秩序纷争。只有合理调整利益相关方的冲突、完善法律体系,才能避免技术的有害性、盲目性。也只有引入制度、契约、法律、伦理的力量才是对基因编辑技术风险进行治理的必要条件,才能够合理引导技术的发展,实现技术和人类社会协同发展的良性循环。With the application of tion, agriculture and forestry, it gives gene editing in medical treatment, food engineering, environmental protec- rise to a wide range of potential social risks. Both the advanced aspects and defects of this technology bring complicated social conflicts. It is undoubtedly crucial interests of all parties, improve the legal system and avoid the harmfulness and blind while, only that the ethical, legal and social concerns are introduced will govern the to coordinate the conflict of ness of gene editing. Mean- technical risk as a necessary condition in order to attain a virtuous cycle of technological improvement and social prosperity.
