摘　　要：手术室是外科治疗的主要场所,但在手术室开展优质护理服务的工作中却面临着诸多伦理问题,主要有术前、术后访视制度不健全;术中缺乏及时有效的沟通、对患者隐私的保护不到位以及缺乏"慎独"精神等。针对这些问题应健全手术室术前及术后访视制度,加强术中患者的心理疏导,培养临床护理人员的"慎独"精神,尊重并保护患者隐私权,从而提高手术室护理服务质量,更好地为患者服务。The operating room is the main place of surgery, but there exist many ethical problems when devel- oping quality nursing service in operating rooms. postoperative visit systems, the lack of effective tions, and the lack of ＂self- discipline＂ spirit.
