初探参与专科门诊工作对科研型医学研究生临床实践能力的培养

摘　　要：近年来我国医学研究生的培养数量大幅增长,医学生质量和适应社会能力越来越多受到医学和教育界的关注。我国医学研究生培养过程中仍存面临片面发展问题。科研型研究生注重科研思维、研究水平的培养,常忽视临床思维、临床实践能力的培养。科研型研究生临床实践机会相对较少。事实上,现有相当部分科研型研究生在学习期间要参与导师的专科门诊工作,因此,进一步探索、建立参与专科门诊的临床培训规范,将有助于提高科研型研究生临床实践水平提高,培养科研-临床兼备的复合型人才。本文初步探讨参与专科门诊对于科研型医学研究生临床实践能力培养的作用。In recent years, the number of medicine graduate students has been increasing rapidly in our country, Medical and educational communities pay much attention to the quality and social adaptation of the medical students. The problems for one-sided development still exist in the progress of medical student＇s cultivation. Research-oriented graduates lay emphasis on the training of scientific research thinking and level and ignore the development of clinical reasoning and its application. However, the most of research-oriented graduates will work in hospitals after graduation. The research-oriented graduates have relatively less chance to contact the clinical practice. In fact, there are quite a part of research-oriented graduates taking part in the specialized clinic work with their tutor during the study period. Therefore, exploring and thinking how to standardize the specialized out-patient work will contribute to improve the pract!ce ability of the research-oriented graduates. This paper discuss it effects and experience of the specialized clinical work in the training of clinical ability for research- oriented graduates.
