早期吞咽障碍筛选及健康护理对高血压脑出血患者的影响

摘　　要：目的研究早期吞咽障碍筛选及健康护理对高血压脑出血患者的影响。方法将2015年2月至2016年2月在我院进行治疗的高血压脑出血患者60例为研究对象,对患者行早期吞咽障碍筛选及健康护理。结果护理后患者生活质量评分明显高于护理前,差异显著,有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对高血压脑出血患者采用Cuggins吞咽功能评估表进行筛选,对患者进行有效的康复护理,能大幅度降低共发症的发生,促进患者病情快速恢复。Objective To study the effect of early swallowing dysfunction screening and health nursing on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients. Methods 60 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage who were treated in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 in our hospital were selected as the study subjects. The screening of early swallowing dysfunction and the health care of the patients were selected. Results After nursing, the scores of quality of life of patients were significantly higher than that before nursing, the difference was significant, with statistical significance, P〈0.05. Conclusion The patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage using Cuggins swallowing function evaluation table screening, effective reilahilitation nursing for patients, can greatly reduce the incidence of common disease, promote the rapid recovery of the patient＇s condition.
