口腔显微镜对减少老年根管治疗期间磨牙根管遗漏的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探究分析口腔显微镜对减少老年根管治疗期间磨牙根管遗漏的临床应用价值。方法随机选取我院在2014年11月至2015年11月接收的100例老年根管治疗患者,根据治疗方法的不同,将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组50例,对照组采用常规的根管治疗方法,观察组采用显微根管治疗方法,比较分析两组患者在治疗期间磨牙根管遗漏的发生率。结果在小于3根根管和5根根管检出率方面,观察组和对照组之间有明显差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论对于老年根管治疗期间采用显微根管治疗方法,可明显降低患者治疗期间磨牙根管遗漏率,从而提高患者的治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the oral microscope analysis to the reduction of old root canal treatment during the clinical value of missing teeth root canal.
