摘　　要：本文主要就新媒体媒介传播的时代环境下,对目前应用型高校中的创新及创业人才的培养现状进行了深入分析,指出了目前应用型高校的相关问题。在此基础上,结合笔者的多年创新创业教学教育经验和国内外的创新创业研究成果,提出了几点培养策略,希望能对应用型高校的创新创业型人才培养提供一定的帮助。In this paper,the new media era,analyzes the current situation of the training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities at present application,pointed out the problems related to the application oriented university. On this basis,combined with the author＇s years of teaching experience and innovation and entrepreneurship education of innovation and entrepreneurship research,puts forward some training strategies,hoping to provide some help for the application of innovative talents in university culture.
