摘　　要：作为国家对本国珍贵、独特的自然资源和文化资源进行有效保护和利用的一种保护地模式——国家公园,已被国际社会广泛采用和推广。目前,中国的国家公园建设也已步入正轨。文中基于前人研究,从明确建立主体、完善法律系统、创新管理体制、拓宽资金渠道、严定准入标准、规范规划体系、平衡保护与开发、维护社区利益和推动公众参与等9个层面回顾并探讨了构建中国国家公园体系的相关策略,以期为后期我国国家公园体系的建立提供综合信息参考。As a model for the efficient protection and utilization of national valuable and unique natural and cultural resources, national park has been widely adopted and promoted in the world. At present, China is entering the track of national park construction. Based on previous research, this paper reviewed and discussed the relevant strategies of China national park system development in terms of determining the established subject, improving the legal system, innovating management system, broadening the sources of funds, developing strict access standards, standardizing planning system, balancing protection and development, safeguarding the community interests and promoting public participation, in order to provide a comprehensive theoretical basis for the future establishment of China National Park System.
