摘 要:上颌窦底提升术是解决上颌后牙区骨高度不足的常规手段,而植骨材料的稳定性是影响种植体远期成功率的重要因素,因此越来越多的学者开始研究上颌窦底提升术后的植骨材料的长期稳定性。大量有关植骨材料术后体积变化的文献显示,绝大部分研究中植骨材料体积在术后有一定程度的缩减,以术后早期缩减程度较大;也有极少数病例术后体积表现为增加。关于影响植骨材料术后体积变化的因素较为复杂,目前尚无明确定论,需要学者并进一步研究。Maxillary sinus floor elevalion is the conventional method solving insufficient bone height maxillary posterior region. The stability of bone grafts is a key factor impacting the long-term success rate of implants. Therefore, more and more scholars start to study the long-term stability of bone grafts after maxillary sinus floor elevation. Quantifies of literatures about volume changes of implant materials showed that the volume of graft bone after surgery all had a degree of reduction in most studies, and the reduction degree was the highest during early postoperative period. The graft volume increase after surgery was observed in very few cases. The factors influencing the volume changes of graft materials after surgery are complicated, and further studies are needed in the field to reach a definite conclusion.
