摘　　要：目的探讨人工泪液滴眼预防翼状胬肉术后复发的作用。方法翼状胬肉切除并角膜缘干细胞移植术136例（136只眼），随机分为两组：对照组（68例），术后以常规皮质类固醇滴眼液滴眼；试验组（68例），术后以皮质类固醇滴眼液及人工泪液（羟甲基纤维素滴眼液）滴眼。随访6个月，观察翼状胬肉的复发情况。结果两组患者的年龄、翼状胬肉的大小、术前泪液分泌及泪膜破裂时间等的差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。术后6个月试验组翼状胬肉的复发率为（5．88％），低于对照组的17．65％，差异有统计学意义（x2=4．533，P=0．033）。结论翼状胬肉术后应用人工泪液滴眼可以降低其复发率。Objective To investigate the role of artificial tears in preventing the recurrence of pterygium after pterygium excision surgery. Methods One hundred and thirty-six eyes of 136 patients who received pterygium excision combined with corneal limbal stem cells transplantation were randomly divided into two groups. The control group, 68 cases received topical prednisolone acetate ophthalmic suspension after surgery; and the clinical trial group, 68 cases received topical prednisolone acetate ophthalmic suspension and carboxymethylcellulose sodium eye drops. All patients were followed up for 6 months. The recurrence rates of the pterygium between the two groups were observed and compared. Results The difference in age of the patient, size of the pterygium, Schirmer＇ s test result and tear breakup time （BUT） were not significant between the two groups （P 〉 O. 05 ）. The recurrence rate in the clinical trial group （5.88%） was significantly lower than that in control group （17.65%） and the difference was statistically significant （χ2 = 4. 533, P = 0. 003 ）. Conclusion Using artificial tears after pterygium surgery could reduce the recurrence of pterygium.
