摘 要:目的:观察大鼠海马电点燃癫痫对其蓝斑酪氨酸羟化酶表达的影响。方法:健康成年雄性SD大鼠,随机分为正常组和模型组,模型组大鼠右侧海马部位植入双极电极;术后1周对模型组大鼠右侧海马进行隔日电刺激制作电点燃癫痫模型。应用免疫组织化学检测2组大鼠海马中微管相关蛋白2(MAP2)和蓝斑内酪氨酸羟化酶(TH)的表达。结果:癫痫模型大鼠海马部位MAP2阳性物质灰度较对照组明显减少;蓝斑中TH的表达增加,且阳性表达区的面积增大。结论:电点燃癫痫模型大鼠蓝斑TH的表达较正常大鼠显著增多,可能参与癫痫的发生和发展。Objective: To explore the effect o{ epilepsy induced by hippocampal kindling on the expression o{ tyrosine hydroxylase in locus ceruleus. Methods: Adult Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into control group and epilepsy model group. The epilepsy model was made by implanting bipolar electrodes into the right dorsal hippocampus that was stimulated by tertian electrical stimulation. The expression of tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) in locus ceruleus and microtube associate protein 2 (MAP2) in the hippocampus were investigated with immunohistochemistry technique. Results: Compared to the control grOup, the expression of MAP2 in the hippocampus was decreased in the epilepsy model group. Both the average gray value and positive area of TH in locus ceruleus were increased in epilepsy model group compared with the control group. Conclusion: The increased expression of TH in locus ceruleus in epilepsy model rats may be involved in the genesis and development of epilepsy.
