摘 要:目前半导体激光器大都输出功率不稳定,而且瞬态电流或电压尖峰等许多因素都很容易损坏激光器。针对这一类问题,设计了由晶体振荡电路和分频电路组成的集成激光器调节电路,对光源进行调节以减小背景光的影响。利用电压负反馈原理设计恒流驱动电路,通过防止电、断电冲击保护电路、通过延时软启动电路、过流保护电路以及纹波抑制电路的方法,保证了稳定控制半导体激光器的集成电路。利用PID控制器取代传统模拟电路,缩短激光器反应时间。实验结果表明,本文方法能有效稳定半导体激光器输出功率,延长半导体激光器使用寿命,适合实际应用。At present,semiconductor lasers are unstable in output power,and many factors such as transient current and voltage spikes can easily damage the laser. In order to solve those problem,an integrated laser adjustment circuit composed of crystal oscillator circuit and frequency dividing circuit is designed to adjust the light source,to reduce the influence of background light. The constant current driving circuit is designed by using the negative feedback method of voltage,and the integrated circuit of the semiconductor laser can be stabilized by the means of delaying the soft start circuit,the over current protection circuit and the ripple suppression circuit,and through the anti-power and power shock protection circuit control. The traditional simulation circuit was displaced by the PID controller to shorten the respond time of laser. The simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively stabilize the output power of semiconductor lasers and prolong the service life of semiconductor lasers,and is suitable for practical application.
