摘 要:采用玻化微珠、水泥、发泡剂、可分散性乳胶粉、聚丙烯纤维、纤维素醚等原材料制备无机防火保温砂浆,试验研究其干密度、强度、保温和防火性能,通过扫描电镜观察砂浆内部孔结构,分析其保温机理。结果表明:研发的无机防火保温砂浆为A级不燃材料,性能符合JG/T 253—2011《无机轻集料砂浆保温系统技术规程》Ⅱ型产品技术要求;随着玻化微珠掺量、水灰比、发泡剂掺量、可再分散乳胶粉用量等的增加,保温砂浆的干密度、抗压强度和导热系数降低;无机防火保温砂浆内部存在的大量封闭孔隙,降低了导热系数,提高了砂浆的保温性能。Inorganic fireproof insulation mortar was prepared with vitrified microsphere, cement, foaming agent, dispersible latex powder, polypropylene fiber and cellulose ether. Its properties of dry density,strength,thermal insulation and'fire resistance were studied through series of tests. Pore structure in mortar was observed by Scanning Electron Microscope. And the thermal insulation mechanism was analyzed on the base of pore structure. The results show that the inorganic fireproof insulation mortar is A class incombustible material and its property meet the technical requirements of II type product as specified in technical regulation of JG/T 253--2011 "Technical specification for thermal insulating systems of inorganic lightweight aggregate". Its dry density,compres- sive strength and thermal conductivity decreased with the increase of water-cement ratio and dosages of vitrified microsphere,foam- ing agent and dispersible latex powder. There are plenty of closed hole in the inorganic fireproof insulation mortar. They reduce the thermal conductance and enhance the thermal insulation.
