高水平行业特色型大学的概念、特征与指向辨析

摘　　要：高水平行业特色型大学是我国高等学校的重要组成部分。本文基于文献研究、语义语法、行业办学的历史演进和2012年一级学科评估排名的视角,考察、辨析行业特色型大学的内涵、特征及其具体指向,指出我国目前有48所大学符合高水平行业特色型大学的典型特征。要充分发挥高水平行业特色型大学在建设创新型国家、实现教育强国梦的作用,需要政府、行业主管和高等学校在发展理念、分类指导、特色彰显、学科生态等方面进一步加强建设,不断提升其核心竞争力。high-level industry-based Specialty-universities play a vital role in China＇s higher education institutions. This paper inspects and analyzes the connotation, feature and specific coverage of industry-based specialty universities in four perspectives of literature research, semantic grammar, historical evolution of industry-based education, and 2012 China Discipline Ranking, and indicates that 48 universities are in conformity with the typical features of high-level industry-based specialty universities. To give these universities full play to build an innovative country and rejuvenate the country through education, the government, industry governor and institution of higher education are bound to further strengthen the construction in development concept, classification guidance, distinction shaping and subject ecosystem so as to constantly enhance its core competitiveness
