摘　　要：本项目通过优化化工专业培养目标、根据行业需要设置专业课程、建设双师型师资、鼓励学生自主创新,强化学生的工程能力与工程素养,培养学生发现和解决问题的能力,提高学生的创新能力,使本专业学生更好地适应地方经济发展的需求。By optimizing training objective of chemical engineering, setting up professional courses according to industry needs, constructing double qualified teachers, encouraging students to innovate independently. The student＇s engineering ability and comprehensive ability are upgraded. The student＇s identify and solve problems ability are developed. The student＇s innovation ability are improved. In this way, they can well adapt to the development of the local social economy.
