摘　　要：办公家具行业从理念、环境、硬件、软件和技术等层面都引领着新技术和新时尚。未来的竞争不仅是产品的竞争,更是在办公理念、办公方式、办公效率、办公成本、办公质量方面的竞争,重要的不仅是研究产品,提供商品,而是提供解决空间效率、办公方式、互动与独处、创新能力与团队合作、文化与归属感等方方面面问题的能力。移动互联技术彻底改变了人们的工作方式,使得不固定工时、不固定工位的AWS(Alternative Work Strategy)模式变得不仅可能而且高效。过分互动和缺乏隐私的理念正在被改变,专注型工作还没有得到应有的重视和关注。解决"开放交流"和"有目的独处"平衡关系的ABW模式正越来越受到欢迎。站立办公已经成为健康办公新时尚,除了"让身体更健康",站立式办公能够更好地提升员工的记忆力和生产效率。未来能满足多种工作需求和社交的家具、能满足不同年龄层需要的可移动家具、适合室内外使用的户外家具、桌屏系统、高度可调节的办公家具将受到市场的欢迎。The office furniture industry is leading new technology and new fashion in terms of philosophy, environment, hardware, software and technology. Future competition is not only the product competition, but also in the work concept, mode, efficiency, cost and the quality of competition, the important thing is not only to research and provide products, but also to provide the ability to solve the problems of space efficiency, work mode, interaction and solitude, creativity, teamwork, culture and belonging. Mobile interconnection technology has revolutionized the way people work, making the Alternative Work Strategy model of unfixed hours and unfixed jobs not only possible but also efficient. The concept of excessive interaction and lack of privacy is being changed, and the focus on work has not yet been paid attention. The ABW model of ＂open communication＂ and ＂purposeful solitude＂ is becoming more and more popular. Standing work has become a new fashion for healthy office. Besides ＂making the body healthier＂, standing work can better improve employees＇ memory and productivity. Furniture that meets a wide variety of job demands and social, mobile furniture that can meet the needs of different age groups, outdoor furniture suitable for indoor and outdoor use, desking system and height adjustable office furniture will be welcomed by the market in the future.
