多模态语篇整体意义构建的社会符号学分析——以中国国家大剧院为例

摘　　要：多模态研究认为所有符号都是语义资源,因此建筑也可以被看成是多模态语篇,表现出概念功能、人际功能和语篇功能。中国国家大剧院的概念功能主要表现为其实用性和功能性,包括结构、通风、灯光等的设计,剧场和演出作品的叙事设计也是概念功能的体现;对参观者的考虑则体现了其人际功能,如交通、路标、参观路线等的布局;楼梯、电梯、天窗等将国家大剧院的内部空间连接起来,如同语言衔接纽带一样发挥着语篇功能。Multimodal research regards all semiotic modes as sources of meanings; therefore,buildings can be seen as multimodal discourses which convey ideational meta-function,interpersonal meta-function and textual meta-function. China National Grand Theatre shows its ideational function through structure,ventilation and lightening,etc.; in addition,narrative design of sub-theaters and performing works are also the embodiment of ideational function. Interpersonal meta-function reflects consideration of visitors,such as layout of transportation,signposts and visiting routes. Stairs,elevators and skylights help connect elements inside,performing similar functions as linguistic cohesive ties.
