摘 要:为研究一种适用于汽车尾门板的热塑性材料,以乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)为增韧剂,滑石粉为无机填料,通过熔融共混法制备了增强改性聚丙烯(PP/POE-TD)复合材料;考察了不同应变速率和测试温度对材料拉伸强度的影响,以及不同滑石粉含量对材料弯曲模量、冲击强度和线性膨胀系数的影响。结果表明,应变速率提高,复合材料的拉伸强度持续升高,断裂伸长率先升高后下降;拉伸温度降低,复合材料的拉伸强度提高;随着滑石粉含量的增加复合材料弯曲模量升高,冲击强度降低,线性膨胀系数减小;汽车尾门板材料的滑石粉最佳含量为20%(质量分数,下同)。In order to develop a type of thermoplastic materials used for automobile rear door panels,apolypropylene(PP)-based composite was prepared via melt blending by using POE as an impact modifier and talcum powders as an inorganic filler.Effects of stain speed and test temperature on tensile strength and effect of talcum content on mechanical properties and linear expansion coefficient were investigated extensively.The results indicated that tensile strength of the composites increased with an increase of strain rate,but the elongation at break showed an increase at first and then tended to decrease.On the other hand,the tensile strength decreased with increasing test temperature. With increasing content of talcum powders the flexural modulus increased,the impact strength decreased,and linear expansion coefficients also decreased.The optimum content of talcum powders in this material was determined as 20wt% when being used for automobile rear door panels.
