摘 要:涡轴发动机性能在湿热盐雾环境试飞时会产生衰减。为更好的评定发动机性能,从理论方面分析湿热环境对发动机性能影响的机理和程度,建立了涡轴发动机的部件级热力学性能计算模型,对该影响进行定量计算。讨论了盐雾环境对发动机性能的影响机理,介绍了发动机清洗对盐雾环境下性能恢复的影响,并结合实际试飞结果与常规环境下发动机性能的比较,对发动机清洗的效果进行验证。结果表明,湿热和盐雾环境都会使发动机性能降低,发动机清洗能显著改善盐雾环境对发动机性能的影响。The performance of turboshaft engine may decrease when tested in hot moisture and salt spray environment. In orderto assess the performance of engine, the mechanism and extent of hot moisture environment effect on the performance of the en-gine are analyzed theoretically. The turboshaft engine computational model based on component thermodynamics is built to cal-culate the effect quantitatively. The mechanism of salt spray effect on the performance and the effect of engine cleaning to per-formance recovery are discussed. The actual flight test results compared with those in normal environment are showed to vali-date the effect of cleaning. The results show that hot moisture and salt spray environment may decrease the engine perform-ance, and engine cleaning may reduce the attenuation caused by salt spray.
