地方本科院校法学双语教学探索——以国际经济法课程为例

摘　　要：法学双语教学是一种法学专业知识的教学,而非语言教学。地方本科院校有必要开展法学双语教学,以顺应相关国家政策,满足应用型人才培养和某些法学核心课程的内在要求。地方本科院校存在师资力量不足、学生整体英语水平不高、误解双语教学定位、合适教材匮乏等问题。在法学双语教学实践中,授课教师可以尝试从提升自身业务水平、采取合理教学模式、坚持专业知识教学、使用互联网信息等方面解决这些问题。Bilingual teaching of law is a teaching of legal expertise, not language teaching. It is necessary for local colleges to carry out bilingual teaching of law in order to comply with the relevant national policies, and meet inherent requirements of application-oriented talents training and some core legal courses. Local colleges have some shortcomings, such as, the shortage of qualified teachers, the poor level of overall students＇ English, the misunderstanding of bilingual teaching, and the lack of suitable textbook. In the bilingual teaching practice of law, lecturers could overcome such shortcomings by improving their teaching level, applying reasonable teaching mode, sticking to the teaching of legal expertise, and using the Internet information, etc.
