摘 要:胃癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其发生、发展和转移与很多参与细胞生长、增殖、分化等生物过程的基因有关,其中,微RNA(miRNA)可以通过调控胃癌的相关原癌基因及抑癌基因,从而影响胃癌细胞的生长、代谢和凋亡,并影响胃癌的发生、转移及对化疗药物的耐药性和预后。对这些基因及miRNA的研究有助于为胃癌诊断、治疗、评估预后提供新的生物标志物,进而针对不同患者制订个体的治疗方案。Gastric cancer is one of the most frequently seen cancers in China. The occurrence, development and transfer of gastric cancer are associated with genes engaged in biological processes such as cell growth, proliferation and differentia- tion. MicroRNA (miRNA) can regulate proto-oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes to affect the growth of gastric cancer cells, metabolism and apoptosis, exerting a great influence on the occurrence of gastric cancer, transfers, resistance of chemo- therapy drugs and prognosis. Studying these genes and miRNA is helpful to provide biomarkers about the diagnosis, treat- ment and evaluating prognosis of gastric cancer, in order to work out the individual treatment plan for different patients.
