摘　　要：本文以青海民族大学工商管理学院为例,来研究工商管理专业本科创新人才的培养。通过对该校工商管理专业往届本科学生进行问卷调查,来了解学生个人对创新人才培养实践的相关想法。此次调查结果将为工商管理学院创新型人才培养方案的制定与优化,提供重要的理论参考。This paper takes the Business Administration College of Qinghai University for Nationalities as an example. To study the cultivation of innovative undergraduate talents in business administration.Through the questionnaires of the undergraduates in our college,the survey results will provide innovative personnel training program of the College of business administration developed and optimized, providing important references.
