外固定器在临床骨科治疗中应用研究

摘　　要：目的探究外固定器在临床骨科治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2015年2月—2016年2月期间该院骨科收治的32例骨折患者,按照入院的先后顺序,将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规的石膏固定的治疗方式,观察组患者采用外固定器的治疗方式。结果观察组、对照组患者的手术时间分别为(20.58±3.21)、(40.55±5.85)min。两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在不良反应发生率上,观察组占比为12.50%,对照组为25.00%,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);从治疗效果上来看,观察组的总有效率为93.75%,对照组的总有效率为81.25%,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在骨科患者中,采用外固定器的治疗方式,不仅缩短了手术时间、入院时间,并且术后愈合时间短、康复效果好,在临床上取得了较好的应用效果,值得在骨科手术中全面推广。Objective To study the application effect of external fixation device in the treatment in the department of clinical orthopedics. Methods 32 cases of fracture patients admitted and treated in the department of orthopedics in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to the admission order, the control group adopted the routine cast immobilization, and the observation group adopted the external fixation device. Results The differences in the operative time, incidence rate of adverse reactions and total effective rate between the observation group and the control group had statistical significance [（20.58±3.21）min vs （40.55±5.85）min, 12.50% vs 25.00%, 93.75% vs 81.25%]（P〈0.05） Coneluslon The external fixation device in the treatment patients in the department of clinical orthopedics can not only shorten the operation time and admission time with short healing time after operation and good recovery effect but also obtain a better application effect, which is worth wide promotion in the orthopedics surgery.
