摘　　要：为了设计合理的挡尘盘成形工艺及冲压模具,经分析计算得知,其成形工艺方案是首先进行拉深成形,然后对其进行修边冲孔,翻边成形,最后进行剖切冲孔。本设计的重点是对修边冲孔模具的结构进行设计与计算,确定模具的结构形式,进行主要零部件的设计和选用。In order to design a reasonable forming process for dust-blocking tray and stamping die,this paper makes an analysis and calculation,considering that the first step is to form by drawing,then by trimming,punching and flanging,and finally by cutting and punching. The key point of this design is to design and calculate the structure of the trimming and punching die,to determine its structure form,and to design and select the main parts
