摘  要:专业发展活动是高校外语教师专业发展的重要抓手。采用经合组织(OECD)研发的教学和学习国际调查项目的教师问卷,以陕西高校外语教师作为样本,揭示出当前高校外语教师专业发展活动在形式、主题、效能、需求和障碍等方面的现状。针对高校外语教师专业发展的特征及其障碍,从破解外部环境障碍、关注教师内在需求和重塑教师身份方面提出了推进高校外语教师专业发展的对策建议。Professional development activities are the crux of college foreign language teachers' professional development. Based on TALIS from OECD,the paper reveals the situation of foreign language teachers' professional development in the form,topic,efficiency,requirement and barriers by taking colleges teachers in Shaanxi Province as the samples. In view of the characteristics and obstacles of college foreign language teachers' professional development,it presents countermeasures and suggestions to promote the professional development of foreign language teachers from the aspects of analyzing external environment obstacles,focusing on teachers' internal demand and reshaping the teachers' identity.
