摘 要:目的探讨哈尔滨地区个别正常与骨性Ⅲ类错青年患者颞下颌关节CBCT影像的差异性。方法选取颞下颌关节健康的个别正常志愿者及高角骨性Ⅲ类错患者各40例,两组样本均为哈尔滨地区青年人(年龄为20~28岁)。获取两组牙尖交错位的颞下颌关节CBCT影像,采用Mimics16.0和Simplant O&O软件对颞下颌关节的位置形态进行测量,用SPSS17.0软件进行统计学分析。结果骨性Ⅲ类错组和个别正常组测量结果比较有8个测量项目有明显差异(P<0.05),分别为MI指数、髁突相对位置、髁突半径值、关节窝深、髁突指数、关节窝指数、两侧关节窝外径、两侧髁突长轴夹角。结论哈尔滨地区骨性Ⅲ类错患者与正常人群颞下颌关节位置形态具有差异。Objective To compare the difference of TMJ CBCT images between young people with individual normal occlusion and skeletal III class malocclusion in Harbin. Methods 40 volunteers with healthy TMJ individual normal occlusion and 40 patients with healthy high-angle skeletal Ⅲ class malocclusion were selected. The age of young people in the two groups was between 20 and 28 years old in Harbin region.Two groups underwent CBCT in the intercuspal position, and measurement of the TMJ morphology and position was conducted with Mimicsl6.0 and Simplant O&O software .The data was analyzed with SPSS 17.0 software .Results 8 measurements showed significant differences between individual normal occlusion and the skeletal Ⅲclass malocclusion( P〈0.05), which were MI, AE'/AC, Condylar radius value, depth of glenoid fossa, index of condyles, index of glenoid fossa, outer diameter of glenoid fossa on two sides, the angle of condylar long axis on two sides. Conclusion The morphology and position of TMJ are different between individ- ual normal occlusion and skeletalⅢ class malocclusion in Harbin.
