摘 要:目的分析青年上颌中切牙切端半透明的形态特征。方法采集234颗青年上颌中切牙的数码影像资料,利用尼康捕影工匠软件分析上颌中切牙的切端半透明的形态特征。结果青年上颌中切牙的切端半透明特征可以分为五种类型。云雾型出现的概率最高,占50.85%。其次是斑状型占18.38%。而分叶型占11.11%,梳状型占10.26%,不规则型占9.40%。五种类型在性别差异上无统计学意义,且同一个体的左右两侧中切牙在切端半透明类型上存在较高对称性。结论上颌中切牙切端半透明的形态特征存在不同类型,具有一定的分布规律。Objective To analyze the morphological features of incisal translucent layers in young maxillary central incisors. Methods 234 young maxillary central incisors were photographed and incisal translucent layers were further analyzed by using image processing software Capture NX-D Version. Results Incisal translucent features of young maxillary central incisors were categorized in- to five types. The one which was in the absence of opalescence plaques in incisal translucent layers made up the highest proportion (50.85%) ,while another type with sporadic opalescence plaques in incisal translucent layers accounted for 18.38%. The presence of the other three types were lobulated( 11.11% ), pectinate ( 10.26% )and irregular(9.40% ). Five types showed no statistical significance in gender difference, and there was a high symmetry between homonymous maxillary central incisors of each individual. Conclusion Incisal translucent features of young maxillary central incisors exist in different types and obey certain distribution laws.
