摘 要:本文研究了低脂果胶对稀土金属镧(Ⅲ)的吸附性能。采用单因素实验分别考察了吸附时间、pH值、吸附温度、吸附剂用量以及镧(Ⅲ)的浓度对果胶吸附容量的影响。采用正交试验确定了果胶吸附镧的较优工艺条件。结果表明,最佳的吸附时间为60min,pH值为2.0,吸附温度为45℃,吸附剂用量为0.01g,镧(Ⅲ)的浓度为15.0μg·m L^(-1)。经过验证的吸附的较优工艺条件为:pH为3.0,温度为35℃,吸附剂用量为0.01g,镧浓度为15.0μg·m L^(-1),吸附时间为80min。In this work, the adsorption of rare earth metal lanthanum (III) by low fat pectin was carried out. The effects of adsorption time, pH value, adsorption temperature, dosage of adsorbent and concentration of lan- thanum (III) on the adsorption capacity of pectin were investigated by single factor experiments. The optimal con- ditions for the adsorption of lanthanum (III) by pectin were determined by orthogonal test. The results indicate that the optimum adsorption time, pH value, adsorption temperature, dosage of adsorbent, concentration of La (III) are 60min, 2.0,45℃, 0.01g and 15.0μg·m L^-1, respectively. The verified optimal conditions of adsorption of lanthanum (III) by pectin confirmed by the orthogonal test are that the pH value, adsorption temperature, dosage of adsorbent, lanthanum concentration, and adsorption time are 3.0,35℃, 0.01g,15.0μg·m L^-1, and 80min, respectively.
