摘  要:以齿轮设计参数齿高系数为优化变量之一,考虑变速器结构轻量化及传动平顺性等因素,建立以变速器体积最小、传动重合度最大为目标函数的优化数学模型。运用MATLAB优化工具箱中的Fmincon函数结合目标规划法对该模型进行优化处理,并比较各个挡位的综合承载能力,进而实现改善齿轮承载能力的效果。结果表明:该方案下的参数配合使得2个目标函数都得到相应的优化,在不超过许用应力的范围内,各个挡位的接触承载能力均有提高,为齿轮非标优化设计提供依据。Taking the tooth design factor as one of the optimization variables, considering the lightweight structure of the transmission and the ride comfort and so on, the optimal mathematical model is established with the smallest volume and the transmission coincidence degree as the objective function. The Fmincon function in the MATLAB optimization toolbox is used to optimize the model according to the target programming method, and the integrated carrying capacity of each gear is changed, and the effect of improving the load carrying capacity of the gear is realized. The results show that the two objective functions are optimized by the parameter matching under the scheme, and the contact carrying capacity of each gear is improved within the range of no more than the allowable stress, which provides the basis for the non - standard design of the gear.
