摘　　要：高校教师承担着教书育人的重要责任,其职业道德的优劣关乎学校的发展和人才的培养。高校教师职业道德包括明确的教师责任、高尚的思想道德、丰富的文化知识等主要内容。但现实中,一少部分高校教师职业道德缺失,可采取健全教师聘任考核机制、明确教师责任边际等具体措施,加强高校教师职业道德建设。College teachers bear the responsibility and obligation of teaching and educating people. The merits and demerits of college teachers＇ professional ethics are related to the development of schools and the cultivation of talents. The main contents of the professional ethics of college teachers include the clear sense of teachers＇ duty,noble morals and rich knowledge,etc. But in reality,some college teachers lack professional ethics,so some concrete measures,such as improving the assessment mechanism of teachers＇ engagement,clarifying the margin of teachers＇ responsibility,should be taken to improve the building of professional ethics of teachers in colleges and universities.
