摘  要:为了提高大学生的创新能力和综合素质,以工业自动化挑战赛为载体,对自动化和测控专业创新人才培养途径进行了有益的教学改革尝试,提出了"五促进"创新人才培养方式,构建了省属高校先进的流程工业综合自动化教学与科研试验平台,建立了有效的学科竞赛激励机制和较完善合理的综合管理体系与制度,搭建了电类专业学生科技创新平台。该培养方式鼓励和发展学生主动学习和独立研究的能力,有效促进了学生实践能力、创新能力整体水平的提高,实践证明,该教学模式可较好地适应当今我国社会对复合型应用型专业人才培养的需求,达到培养具有较强创新创业能力的工程应用型人才的要求。In order to enhance the innovation and comprehensive quality of college students,this paper carries out an advantageous teaching reform of higher education for the cultivation of innovative talents based on the industrial automation challenge. We put forwarded the model of training talents with "Five Promotions",constructed the most advanced comprehensive teaching and research platform for process industry in provincial universities,established an effective incentive mechanism of discipline competition and a reasonable management system and mechanism,set up the technical innovation platform for the students on electrical engineering. The training approach encourages and develops the students' ability of active learning,practice and innovation. Therefore,these talents can adapt to the demand of the training mode for the comprehensive and application-oriented personnel,and meet the requirements of cultivating engineering talents with strong ability of innovation and entrepreneurship. It was proved to be a successful attempt and make gratifying achievements.
