摘　　要：近年来,芬兰高等教育国际化呈现出良好的发展态势,已经成为芬兰提高综合国力和扩大国际影响的重要战略手段,其高等教育国际化发展所形成的辐射范围开放化、合作形式多元化、运营管理整合化、办学模式特色化、输入输出均衡化和政策布局战略化等趋势特征,为我国高等教育的国际化发展之路提供了有益借鉴和启示。In recent years,the internationalization of higher education in Finland has shown a good development trend,which has become an important strategic means to improve the comprehensive national power and expand the international influence.The internationalization development of higher education is characterized by openness of radiation scope,diversified forms of cooperation,integration of operation and management,characteristic of running school mode,balance of input and output and strategic layout of policy,and provides a useful reference and enlightenment for the international development of China＇s higher education.
