摘 要:利用序批式反应器(SBR),以连续微量曝气方式快速启动单级自养脱氮系统,并对启动调控措施及稳定运行过程进行研究。结果表明,在连续微量曝气条件下,控制系统DO为0.24~0.35 mg/L、进水NH_4^+-N为50 mg/L、HRT为3 h、温度为28~32℃时,成功启动了单级自养脱氮系统。稳定运行时TN去除率保持在85%左右,平均容积去除负荷达到0.18 kg N/(m^3·d)。随着系统脱氮性能的提升,短程硝化与厌氧氨氧化酶促反应的关键酶AMO、HDH活性不断提高,稳定运行时分别为4.24μmol NO_2^-N/(mg Pro·min)和0.45μmol Cyto-c/(mg Pro·min)。采用16S r DNA高通量测序技术对不同时期的微生物种群结构进行检测后发现,絮状和颗粒污泥样品中Candidatus Brocadia(AAOB)相对丰度分别从1.9%、33.5%增加到5.8%、46.5%,Nitrosomonadaceace(AOB)主要存在于絮状污泥中,相对丰度从2.8%增至7.3%。This research targets at achieving rapid start-up of single-stage autotrophic nitrogen re- moval system with continuous aeration at low dissolved oxygen (DO) and investigating the phases of start- up and stable operation in SBR. The results indicated that under low dissolved oxygen, single-stage auto- trophic nitrogen removal system could be started successfully by setting DO at 0.24 -0.35 mg/L, influ- ent NH4 - N at 50 rag/L, HRT at 3 h, temperature at 28 - 32 %. In the stable operation phase, the el- ficiency of TN removal maintained at about 85% , and average volumetric loading was up to 0.18 kgN/(m3 · d). As increase of the nitrogen removal, AMO and HDH, which were the key enzymes in partial nitrification and Anammox enzymatic reaction, were up to 4.24 molN02- - N/( mgPro · min) and 0.45μmolCyto-c/( mgPro . min) respectively during the stable operation phase. Microbial structure at differ- ent phases was determined by 16S rDNA high throughput sequencing, showing the relative abundance of Candidatus Brocadia (AAOB) in floc and granular sludge increased from 1.9% and 33.5% to 5.8% and 46.5%, while Nitrosomonadaceace (AOB) in floc sludge increased from 2.8% to 7.3%.
