摘  要:目的:研究翻转课堂结合微课教学模式在提高课堂教学质量中的作用。方法:将入学成绩相仿的120名学生分为2组,以"先天性脑积水"教学为例。实验组:课前将录制的微课、教学课件及相关文献上传至网络,通过课前自主学习和分组讨论,完成知识的识记和理解;课上在教师的指导下进行应用、分析、综合、评估。对照组实施以教师讲授为主的教学模式。通过随堂测试成绩、满意度比较分析教学效果。结果:实验组的随堂测试成绩和满意度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:翻转课堂结合微课有利于医学生知识的建构和内化、实践和应用,提高课堂教学质量。[ Objective] To study the role of flipped classroom in teaching quality. [ Method] 120 students were divided into two groups with comparable college entrance scores, taking "congenital hydrocephalus" teaching as an example. In experiment group,micro- course, PPT and relevant literatures were shared with students on the website before class and students were asked to complete the remember and comprehension part of the knowledge through selfstudy and team discussion before class. Teachers played the role of guidance to help students with the application, analysis, synthesis and assessment while in class. The control group was implied a teaching model based on teacher lectures (LBL). The analysis of in - class test scores and stu- dents' satisfaction survey was done to prove the effectiveness of the model design. [Result]The results of scores and satisfaction survey of the experiment group was remarkably higher than those of the control group ( P 〈 0.05).[ Colmlusion] Flip classroom combined with micro - course is conducive to the conslruclion of medical knowledge and internalizalion, practice and application, improve the quality of classroom teaching.
