新形式下高等院校化学安全教育的问题与思考——以杭州医学院为例

摘　　要：在高校办学规模和招生数量逐渐扩大的新形势下,总结了高校化学安全教育存在的主要问题,即化学安全教育内容局限、方法传统、体制不健全、缺乏连续性。本文以杭州医学院为例,根据学校实际提出了对策和思考,即编撰实验室安全手册;针对不同阶段课程特点开展相应安全教育,丰富安全教育的内容;采用信息手段探索安全教育新形式;分级责任制等,构建齐抓共管的体制。The main problems were summarized in the situation of higher education and enrollment expanding gradually, the main problems of chemical safety education in colleges and universities were summed up, e.g. limitations of chemical safety e- ducation content, traditional methods, un- perfect system and lacking of continuity. The countermeasures and discussions were put forward according to the actual situation of the school, taking HangZhou Medical College as example. Laboratory safety manual was compiled; the corresponding safety education for different stages of curriculum characteristics were carried out; the content of safety education was enriched ; new forms of safety education was explored; the new forms of safety education with information means were explored and hierarchical responsibility system was practiced. Thus , we built a coherent system.
