摘 要:员工的追随力受到其自身人格特质和领导者行为的共同影响。企业员工的主动性人格经其心理资本的中介作用与其直接上级变革型领导的调节作用,可正向预测其追随力。高主动性人格及高心理资本的员工会表现出更高的进取精神、认知悟性、执行技能、关系技能和影响力。领导者采用变革型的领导方式,有助于促进下属尤其是高心理资本下属的追随行为,提高下属的追随力。Employees' followership is affected by both their own personality trait and their supervisors' leadership.Proactive personality positively affects psychological capital,which in turn influences followership.It is also proved that transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on employee's followership and a moderating effect on the relationship between employee's psychological capital and followership.Employees with higher level of proactive personality and psychological capital show stronger initiative,higher sensitivity,better execution,greater interpersonal skills and influence power.Leaders who take transformational leadership can better convince their followers,especially followers with high level of psychological capital,to identify with and support them.
