摘  要:目的调查不同层次护理专业学生的学习态度、职业态度,及其对基础科目学习成绩的影响。方法以2015级普通专科3年制与高等职业3+2学生为研究对象,共196人,采用"高等护理学生学习态度问卷""护理专业自我概念量表"进行调查,比较是否存在评分差异,并与成绩进行相关性分析。结果通过回顾基础科目成绩发现,普通专科3年制学生成绩(81.5±16.9)明显高于高等职业3+2学生(73.7±17.9)(P<0.05);学习态度问卷评分表明普通专科3年制学生自评分(98.7±5.6)高于高等职业3+2评分(81.7±6.3);同样职业态度问卷评分专科3年制学生自评分为(88.1±4.3),高于高等职业3+2学生(72.3±7.8)。Spearman相关性分析结果显示,学习态度、职业态度与成绩具有明显相关。结论学生的学习态度、职业态度是造成高等职业3+2成绩不良的重要原因之一。Objective to investigate learning and professional attitude of nursing students at different levels,and its influence on academic records of basic subjects.Methods treat 196 students of grade 2015 general 3 year junior college and higher vocational 3+2 as research objects,investigate with "learning attitude questionnaire of higher nursing students" and "self concept scale of nursing major" and compare scores difference,and carry on related analysis with academic records.Results review of basic subjects record showed records of general 3 year junior college students(81.5±16.9) were significantly higher than higher vocational 3+2 students(73.7±17.9)(P 〈 0.05);learning attitude questionnaire scores showed self scores of general 3 year junior college students(98.7±5.6) were higher than higher vocational 3+ 2 students(81.7±6.3);at the same time,professional attitude questionnaire scores of 3 year college students were(88.1±4.3),higher than higher vocational 3+2 students(72.3±7.8).Result of Spearman correlation analysis showed there was significant correlation between learning,professional attitude and academic records.Conclusion students’ learning and professional attitude is one of important reasons for poor academic records of higher vocational 3+2 students.
