摘　　要：病证结合、分期论治,是完善中医眼底病辨证方法体系的第一步,有利于规范单病种的诊疗方案。精气血津液辨证对眼底病的病机分析更显贴切,并能间接反映多脏腑的综合功能,更符合眼底病复杂多形的特点,故而将其作为眼底病辨证的主体。视网膜色素上皮/神经上皮浆液性脱离是中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变(简称中浆)整个发病过程的主要表现,气液停滞是其基本病机。但在中浆的不同病程阶段,精、气、血、津液的盈亏通滞有所不同,在治疗上就有所侧重。结合FFA、OCT等现代检查结果,从精气血津液辨证分期论治中浆,有利于提高临床疗效。The combination of disease and pattern/syndrome and staging treatment complete the methodological system of differentiation of fundus disease in TCM,which benefits the specification on the diagnosis and treatment scheme of single disease.The differentiation of essence,qi,blood and blood fluid is quite suitable for the pathogenesis analysis on the fundus disease,reflect indirectly the comprehensive functions of zangfu organs to deal with the complex of the disease.Hence,it is the main method in the differentiation of fundus disease.Retinal pigment epithelial/neuroepithelial serous detachment is the main manifestation of central serous choroidal retinopathy,and qi stagnation is the basic pathogenesis.In central serous choroidal retinopathy,the conditions of essence,qi,blood and body fluid are changeable.Hence the treatments should be different.In combination of the modern examination,such as FFA and OCT,the staging treatment based on the differentiation of essence,qi,blood and body fluid is apt to improve clinical therapeutic effects.
