摘　　要：目的 评估博来霉素混合碘化油栓塞治疗有症状的巨大肝血管瘤的疗效.方法 收集有症状的巨大肝血管瘤患者29例（37个病灶）,采用博来霉素与碘化油混合栓塞治疗.术后随访 （7.70±0.78） 个月,观察患者临床症状的改善与肿瘤大小的变化.结果 29例患者治疗前巨大肝血管瘤的体积为10~1 543 （456.34±63.45）cm3,治疗后体积为6~980（224.52±56.01）cm3.治疗后未出现严重并发症,无一例死亡.所有患者症状都有所改善,瘤体体积有明显缩小.结论 对于有症状的巨大肝血管瘤患者,博来霉素与碘化油混合栓塞治疗是一种可供选择的微创治疗方法.Objective To evaluate the effect of bleomycin combined with iodinated oil on symptomatic giant hepatic haemangioma.Methods This study included 29 patients（37 lesions） with symptomatic giant hepatic haemangioma, they were treated with bleomycin combined with lipiodol.All of the patients were followed up for （7.7± 0.78） months.The clinical symptom and volume of the haemangiomas were observed.Results Among the 29 patients, the volume of the haemangioma was 10-1 543（456.34±63.45） cm3 before intervention and 6-980（224.52 ±56.01） cm3 after intervention.No fatality or morbidity related to the treatment was identified.Symptomatic improvement was observed in all patients, and significant volume reduction was achieved.Conclusions Minimally invasive embolisation of bleomycin combined with iodinated oil is an alternative and effective treatment for giant symptomatic hepatic haemangioma.
