摘　　要：原竹家具制作主要有原料制备、原料加工、家具装配、表面涂饰4个步骤:将红竹经过炭化、矫正、锯切后制成长为2.6 m左右的竹段;依据家具图纸进行下料、连接件加工、弯曲部件加工、板状部件加工后,制成家具的主要结构件;再将加工后的结构件由下至上,依次为脚垫、腿脚部构件、桌台面构件、扶手靠背等构件的顺序以L型结合、三角并接接合等连接方式安装原竹家具的主框架,后安装家具的板状部件及装饰部件;最后将装配后的家具进行一定的修补、打磨,经行表面的喷色与涂漆,完成原竹家具制作。该研究为提高竹材的利用范围,扩大小径级竹材的利用率,丰富我国家具产业并为原竹家具的改进和原料加工提供一种新的思路。The aim of this study is to expand the scope of bamboo use,increase the utilization rate of small-diameter bamboos,diversify the furniture,and to provide a new way of thinking for the improvement of raw bamboo furniture and the processing of materials. The raw bamboo furniture manufacturing process mainly included four steps,i. e. raw material preparation,processing,furniture assembly,surface decoration. After carbonization,correction,cutting,bamboo segments with a length of 2. 6 m Phyllostachys iridescins were prepared. Major furniture structural objects were made through a series of processes such as cutting in accordance with furniture drawings, processing of connected components, processing of bending parts,processing of plate parts. Then,these structural components were assembled bottom-up by Lshaped or triangle joints,in the order of mats,leg components,table top components,armrest and backrest components,and other components,to form the main frame of raw bamboo furniture. Finally,the furniture surface was repaired,grinded,colored and painted to finish the production of raw bamboo furniture.
